• Prices are per person per day and include half board (buffet continental breakfast and dinner with salad and dessert) for a minimum of 3 nights.
• For less than 3 nights we charge a premium of 10%.
• Garage included.
• From 01.07. to 8.07.10 prices may vary (Marathon).
• Reductions for children sharing room with parents: free up to 1 year, 1-4 years forfait € 35,00 to 40,00, 4-10 years 50%, 10-12 years 25% reduction.
• Dogs are accepted (not allowed access to the dining room), daily forfait € 16,00 - excluding food and if necessary, final cleaning € 30,00.
• The rooms are available from 14.00 on the arrival day to 10.00 on the departure day.
• For late arrival or early departure we charge 80% of room rate.
• We consider the reservations with a deposit of € 400.00 per room.
• Payment methods: cash, check , ATM, credit card (not AmEx, no Diners).
• cancellations received within 40 days of arrival day will not cause any charge. We then apply a penalty based on price list and duration of your stay.
• The rooms are equipped with shower / bath tub, toilet, hairdryer, floor heating, balcony, LCD-TV and Sky, telephone, wall safe, internet connection. |
